A few things worth knowing

Will my work be public if I use the free plan?

No. Browser and cloud projects are private. Publishing is a separate, voluntary action. Unlisted links are not in discovery, but anyone who receives the link can open or forward it.

What happens when I cancel or exceed the free limit?

Your existing projects stay private and remain readable and available for basic export. You cannot create or restore additional cloud projects above your plan limit. Move a project to Trash or use a browser draft. Pro history and premium export actions stop after paid access ends.

Are basic patterns and downloads really free?

Yes. Public pattern previews, material lists, basic PNG and printable PDF are free. Editing a copy depends on the creator’s license. Pro pays for studio capacity and production tools, not access to basic inspiration.

Does a subscription include physical beads?

No. FuseCanvas is digital software. Beads, pegboards, printing, and tools are not included. A 3D preview shows a flat pattern with depth; it is not an assembly plan for a multi-part sculpture.

How can I get help with billing?

Use your account’s billing portal for payment details and cancellation. For billing errors or refund requests, contact us with the transaction reference. We review requests individually; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
