Custom colors are not brand codes
FuseCanvas supports custom palettes with names, hex colors, and optional brand, series, code, and source fields. The starter A codes are custom references. They are not standardized Perler or Hama codes.
Manage the palette
Open the palette manager in the studio to add or edit colors. Keep a separate palette for each physical brand and series. Verify imported values before using them for a purchase.
Count occupied cells
The material list counts each nonempty grid cell once and groups it by palette entry. Two palette entries that look similar are still separate entries. Empty cells are not part of the bead count.
Plan spare beads yourself
The displayed total is the exact digital design count. It does not include spare beads for loss, damage, or physical assembly. Decide your own allowance based on the supplies you have.
Check shape connections
A software warning flags beads without an orthogonal neighbor. It cannot prove the strength of a finished piece. Thin stems, diagonal joins, and hanging points need physical testing.
