Your work and permission
You retain ownership of your original designs. You grant the service permission to store and process them as needed to provide its features. Publishing grants the audience the license you explicitly select. Do not upload or publish material you lack permission to use.
Free and Pro
The Pricing page describes current limits. Pro is intended to renew monthly at $10 USD, with the actual amount and any tax displayed before purchase. Checkout remains unavailable until live billing is configured. No paid entitlement is promised before a successful subscription.
Cancellation and access
You can cancel through Manage subscription when billing is enabled. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and paid access lasts through the current paid period. Existing projects do not become public after cancellation. New saves beyond Free capacity and premium features are restricted.
Refund requests
Contact us about duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or refund requests. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect. This policy does not promise that all used subscription periods are refundable.
Physical making
Digital previews and grids do not certify physical strength, heat resistance, color accuracy, or age suitability. Follow your bead manufacturer’s instructions. An adult should handle hot equipment. Files are not calibrated physical placement templates.
Community rules
Do not publish personal data, infringing content, harassment, malicious links, or spam. We may restrict discovery, remove a publication, or suspend abusive accounts. Reports are reviewed through the operations queue.
Availability and changes
Keep your own exports of important work. Features and limits can change; material paid-plan changes will be communicated through the service. Use Contact for support or disputes.
